Personal Experience

Timothy C. Wilson concentrates his practice on family law, estate planning and administration, probate, and general civil litigation. Tim has worked with David Scott Glicken for many years, collaborating on family, criminal, civil, and appellate matters. In addition to concentrating on family law, estate planning and probate, Tim has had extensive experience in criminal defense, personal injury, and appellate practice.

Born in Long Island, New York, Timothy C. Wilson grew up in Ocala, Florida, and has extensive family and friends throughout Central Florida. After high school in Ocala, Tim was awarded a Guy T. Carswell Scholarship to attend Wake Forest University, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (Go Demon Deacons!). After graduating with Honors from Wake Forest, Tim attended Law School at the Frederic G. Levin College of Law at the University of Florida (Go Gators!), and was awarded the Juris Doctor degree in 1991, and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1992.

Tim Wilson has lived and worked in Orlando since 1994. After graduating from law school and being admitted to The Bar, Tim’s first job was working for the Law Offices of Hernan Castro, a Program Attorney for the State of Florida Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement agency. In that first job, Tim represented hundreds of custodial parents in hundreds of hearings, trials and other proceedings before Circuit Judges and Child Support Hearing Officers throughout Brevard, Osceola and Seminole Counties, in paternity, child support, contempt and enforcement proceedings. This position provided almost daily appearances in Court, and the opportunity to help single parents obtain the support they need to raise their families.

As someone who was raised by a single Mom, it was Tim’s honor to assist single parents in obtaining their Court Ordered Child Support. Tim has continued his work on behalf of Central Florida families for more than 30 years. Tim prides himself on providing quality legal services at reasonable cost, and working hard to get the best possible results for his clients. When he is not working, Tim enjoys spending times with friends and family, going to University of Florida or Wake Forest University sporting events, traveling and playing golf.
